Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

It may be possible to cancel an order within 5 hours of it being placed. Please email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. JING makes NO guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. You can manage and track the order you placed online by contacting the JING customer care team at [email protected] You will need your order number and email address. However, once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as JING does not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

US Orders Return

  • The updated policy will impact all order purchased on/after Septempber 3, 2022. For orders before 9/3/22, follow the original return policy.

We at J.ING hope you love your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 14 days after the last items' delivery date, a refund to in-store credit or the original payment method will be issued based on your preference. Please contact customer care via live chat, WeChat, Facebook, and Email to initiate a return. We are available from Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm PST. If our agents are busy at the moment, please leave your order number and items for return, we will get back to you once we are available. We currently do not offer exchanges.Only one return application allowed per order.(You can return multiple items in your order.) To avoid additional return fees, please wait for your entire order to arrive before initiating a return. Refund to store credit will now be processed within 7 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. Refund to original payment method will now be processed within 18 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once we receive your return package. You can review our return policy below.




Return Conditions

  • We will not refund any items that are worn, damaged, stained, scented, washed, or altered in any way. All items must have tags.
  • We will not refund any Final Sale, Accessories, life style, lingerie or Intimate items (bras, panties, socks, yoga mats).
  • We will not refund any items that are sent back without filing a return request (fill out the return request by clicking on "start your return" button above).
  • For our Activewear and Sleepwear collections, we ask you to keep undergarments on when trying on your lovely, new purchase.
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, you will not be refunded. J.ING reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, J.ING might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • We do not accept packages returned via C.O.D. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns are for U.S. domestic orders in 48 states (not including Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Hawaii). For international order, please refer to the return Instruction below.
  • In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the total cost of the order (ex. Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return the item(s), the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. A refund will then be recalculated according to promotional terms.
  • You can ship through your preferred courier at your own expense. Please see the self return Instruction below.

*Please note that the shipping fee for your original order is nonrefundable.

Defective Product

If you have quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product here and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

Responsibility

  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they're packed properly so as to avoid any damage in transit.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives, be sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you'd like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
  • We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.

Self Return Instruction

If you choose self return, you will need to find your preferred shipping carrier at your own cost, please return your item(s) along with a printed copy of your return submission email / order confirmation email to the following address:

The Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code indicates that you parcel was exported from the United States and will be imported again into the United States.
Please use this HTS code when sending back your return parcel to avoid paying customs duties.

International Orders Return

Due to international orders return might result in additional duties and taxes, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

  • International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax.
  • We do NOT offer exchanges for any orders placed internationally.
  • We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.
